By promoting science, industry collaboration, and community engagement, the Center catalyzes the development of sustainable technologies and health-enhancing innovations that benefit both society and the planet.

Mission

The Center’s mission is to advance education, research, innovation, and outreach within the food a​nd biotechnology sectors. It supports students and faculty, as well as startups, companies, and the wider community, by offering direct access to cutting-edge technologies, pilot-scale production environments, and advanced analytical capabilities. Serving as a one-stop interface for R&D ​ partners, the Center not only provides in-house services but also connects clients with Technion -​ wide expertise and infrastructure. This integrated approach bridges academia and industry,  accelerating the translation of ideas into real-world, scalable solutions.
